Arms used in Private Security Ops.

Please note; With little exception, these are the evolved variant’s of the arms I used from 1989 to 2004, and only when the operation warranted carrying one.  Click on image to enlarge.

My primary choice; Hard hitting, and with the longer upper slide, range was extended

If 9mm was all that was available, this was one of the options I considered; folding Butt-stock for stability when needed

Only if range was an issue, this is a variant of a tool I used which was a light and agile option

If range was a factor during a security detail, this variant made a excellent option

It takes some strength to fire this with one hand, with training nothing is impossible

The Dragunov. In certain countries and where there was a large area to cover, this was very handy.

The Mrs. and I had another [custom] Mossberg for home defense, but in our rush to get out of the way of Hurricane Katrina, life itself was utmost on our mind and the firearm was left behind. We found it month’s later, and it looked like it had been at the bottom of an ocean for centuries. Varying color’s of orange and red, made it take on the properties of a piece of Coral, rather than ‘heavy metal’. And there was no restoring that one…
