America, I speak to you from my heart and mind of ideas and observations of a lifetime, of my unique perspective on the world, of my personal circumstances that are mirrored in our national life.
Like you, America, I am no longer young; we have both aged, become a bit too heavy and sluggish, and both face a most uncertain future. We have been blessed beyond human understanding and worldly comprehension, and yet have squandered away our most precious gifts of all. We have to look in our mirror and decide if this is what we want now and for the ages.
Traces of youthful beauty remain to remind us when we were strong, idealistic, and proud of our accomplishments, but Truth reveals our failings, tragedies, and poor judgments.
Like you America, I am bankrupt and facing desolation, but also like you, I am full of hope and optimism. As long as there is breath in us, and Almighty God behind us, there is Hope.
Our mirror reveals clearly what needs to be done through courage, discipline and hard work:
- a change of diet, rejecting the enslavement of socialism with its increasing taxes, wasteful spending and tyrannical regulations
- a physical regimen, taking off the weights and restraints on our economy and letting a free America get back to work
- a detox program to eliminate parasites and corruption – unnecessary and unconstitutional laws, statutes, departments, and programs in all levels of government.
Most government workers will ultimately rejoice to be set free from the drudgery of their jobs to take their riches and their dreams to the marketplace. Though sometimes discouraging, once we set our minds and wills to the task of becoming nationally healthy, we will never be defeated. This is the spirit of our great country and most excellent experiment in human freedom and civil liberty that the world has ever known.
As we are all aware, the very liberty that was given us, a people of God’s choosing, is at incredible risk at this moment in time. In fact, we are in the eleventh hour, the fifty-ninth minute, the fifty-ninth second. We are at that moment, that crossroads in history, when what we do next will determine if we be free or slave.
As a descendant of Ephraim, son of Joseph, great-grandson of Abraham, I am daughter of the oldest family tree known to man – AS ARE YOU AMERICA! This country, the prophesied Ephraim of the Holy Scriptures, that has been peopled by so many nations is the culmination of God’s plan for humankind, where we bless the world through God’s values and principles, the blessings of Liberty.
Jonathan Mayhew, who graduated from Harvard with honors in 1744, said it best in his sermon on the repeal of the Stamp Act which the colonists believed was a victory over tyranny for the liberty of man:
“Having been initiated in youth by the doctrines of civil liberty, as they were taught by such men as Plato, Demosthenes, Cicero, and other renowned, Milton, Locke and Hoadley among the moderns, I liked them; they seemed rational. And having learnt from the Holy Scriptures that wise, brave and virtuous men were always friends to liberty, — that God gave the Israelites a king in his anger, because they had not sense and virtue enough to be a free commonwealth, —and that “where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty,” —this made me conclude that freedom was a great blessing.”
Our Founders did not want a king. We had had kings. Tyrants. Our forefathers knew that kings were given to the people when they did not deserve, through LACK OF SENSE AND VIRTUE, to be a free commonwealth. The office of President was created by the Founders to be one of three equal branches. The President is NOT King!! America, we must not forget this, nor let this incredibly dangerous trend in our country persist. For one hundred years, presidents past have increasingly usurped Kingly Power, and this has culminated into the current presidency of Barack Obama. King. Tyrant. Dictator. Synonymous.
Thirty years ago I became aware of the true dangers facing our nation, our people, and all the people of the world. My efforts to warn others of the Statist Movement that has been encroaching on us and encircling us like the enemy that it is, fell on deaf ears. I discovered that most people don’t want to know Truth, even when their economic and spiritual survival is at stake. It has been sad, frustrating, and difficult to function in such a world knowing that most of what we do is suicidal. No better example exists of such suicidal tendencies as the State of California. This once great free Republic that was thriving through my youthful years, has been reduced to a socialistic police state, so mired in debt and wrong-thinking that it boggles the mind and in the words of my father, “is enough to gag a maggot.”
Compared to the days of my youth when our population was much smaller and daily life in many ways much more simple, the times we live in are increasingly dangerous. It takes courage to speak up and speak out. But for those of us who are Called to Freedom, it is not something we want to do, but something we MUST do, a responsibility given us by God to serve our fellow man, those of us living, and those to follow, those of us in America, and those around the world. Freedom is not an American commodity, but the God-given right for people everywhere. The world is watching to see what we do, so I cry out to freedom-loving people throughout the world to stand WITH us!
The corruption in America is so great and we have ignored so many warnings from the past, such as the following from Lt. Col. Gordon “Jack” Mohr A.U.S. Ret.:
“Many years ago a political philosopher said: “Treason prospers, what’s the reason? for when TREASON prospers, none dare call it TREASON.” We are living in that age today [about 1995]. It is prospering in government, in education, in the military and often in the Christian church, and most folks don’t want to “touch it with a ten foot pole.” We are frightened by TREASON, as we should be, for as Cicero said centuries ago: “Treason rots out the heart of a nation and destroys the pillars of society.” It is difficult to detect TRAITORS, for they often look like respectable folks who often come from the “cream of society.”
But the Traitors are now exposing themselves and the messages ignored in the past can be ignored no longer.
Following the passage of the Death-Care bill, this view from Europe was posted on a European Union Times website[1] – the headline: The World Mourns As Communist Darkness Falls Upon America. The article begins:
“Obama is a Communist. In what is being described as one of the most astounding power grabs in modern history by newspaper headlines around the World, President Obama has succeeded in his audacious plan to remake America into a full fledged godless communist empire barely one year into his term with the enactment into law by the US Congress of his mammoth health care plan…described by one Kremlin legal expert as having “nothing at all to do with health, but everything to do with control.”
Further on it says:
“Though many have tried to warn these Americans about the plans for their Nation’s destruction at the hands of the Obama backed communist forces who have taken over their country,…the propaganda organs in the United States have rendered silent nearly all opposition and dissident views from reaching them and they remain asleep to the true dangers soon to come upon them.”
AMERICA, ARE WE ASLEEP? Are we going to let a hostile takeover of our government happen right before our eyes? While we’ve been sleeping, the enemy within has been stealthily building a second governmental structure right in front of our eyes. Only we just don’t see it. Once it goes into full effect, everyone will say “Oh my God!!! It was there all along, but it was camouflaged. How could we have missed something so large and so obvious?” But by then it will be too late. By then, the last rays of Freedom will be gone and the darkness of Slavery and Tyranny will be upon us.
SOUND THE ALARM TO PEOPLE EVERYWHERE!!
The danger hanging over us is like a guillotine! It is real, it is deadly and we must ACT before the blade falls and severs us from our Constitution, our way of life, and the hopes and dreams of all freedom-loving people everywhere. We are a nation of people Called to Freedom!! Almighty God put us here on this continent for a reason. He gave us His values and guiding lights, lawful and loving principles to live by, and the heritage and most precious gift of Liberty to bring to the World.
Behind the takeover are children. Very dangerous children who look like adults but are anything but. Every adult in the country must stand up and say NO to this! NO to the Federal Reserve Bank. NO to the United Nations. NO to bailouts and excessive spending. NO to so-called “healthcare reform”. NO to cap and tax, now called the American Power Act. NO to the Copenhagen crowd and all their elitist red/green friends. NO to financial reform. NO to immigration reform. NO to Obama and the other Communists in the White House and throughout our government. NO to fraud and corruption in Congress and every other home it inhabits. NO to change of any kind until we know what we are changing to.
From that same European source quoted from the March 2nd report with a title no one could have guessed would EVER be written ANYWHERE – “Russia Warns US Communist Threat Endangering Entire World”:
“In a chilling speech to Russian defense experts yesterday, Prime Minister Putin ordered the buildup of strategic weapons and warned that the growing threat of the expansion of American Communism is endangering the entire World and bringing the Motherland closer to war than at any time since the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis.
Putin had previously warned the United States against its planned adoption of Communism during his January, 2009 speech to the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland upon Obama taking office, and had stated:
Unfortunately though, Obama, and those Communist forces backing him, do want to see this monster of a system repeated and have in the past year accelerated the United States descent into the abyss of total state control over all aspects of Americans lives and have created one of the most all encompassing “surveillance societies” our World has ever seen.
So dire has the situation become in the United States that one of their most dissident lawmakers, US Congressman Ron Paul, took to the floor of their House of Representatives this past week and warned that Obama’s forces were now openly stating that they have the power to assassinate any American citizen they deem to be a terrorist threat against them.”
Remember that was MARCH 2, 2010. From the same European source on MAY 23, 2010 the following excerpts were reported on Jerry Kane and his son:
Top US Spy Chief Quits After Obama Orders 2 Americans Assassinated

“An interesting Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report prepared for Prime Minister Putin circulating in the Kremlin today states that Obama’s top spy chief Admiral Dennis Blair…abruptly resigned on Friday after the US President ordered the “immediate assassination” of an anti-government dissident and his 16 year old son in the US State of Arkansas.
As the Director of National Intelligence, Admiral Blair controlled 16 US spy agencies (including the Homeland Security Department, Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the Coast Guard) and had warned the US Congress this past February that for the first time in American history Obama’s government was asserting the right to assassinate any American citizen they deemed was a terrorist.
Obama’s power to order the assassination of American citizens without benefit of trial, this report says, was derived from what is called the “Memorandum Opinion For the Deputy Counsel To The President” that was issued to former President George W. Bush on September 25, 2001 granting him (and all future American Presidents) extraordinary “constitutional power” to retaliate against any person, organization, or State suspected of involvement in terrorist attacks on the United States.
Now according to this SVR report, Jerry Kane Jr. and his 16 year old son Joseph Kane were put on the US terrorist “watch list” by Obama Federal Police officials because of Kane’s growing following of Americans seeking to find relief from the financial crisis imposed upon their country by their banking system.”
The article discusses details of Kane’s seminar schedule, Obama’s “interrogation teams”, and the initial roadblock and continues:
“This SVR report, however states that upon nearing the roadblock Kane and his son came under fire from US military snipers targeting them for assassination whereupon fire was returned from Kane’s vehicle allowing them to escape death but resulting in the other police officers deaths.
After escaping, this report continues, a “furious” Admiral Blair called the White House to “demand” an explanation of what was occurring only to be “firmly rebuffed” by Obama officials who had set up this assassination plot causing Blair to “angrily retort” he would have nothing more to do with Obama and his resignation would be on the President’s desk “as soon as I write the f—ing thing up”.
Once Admiral Blair was “sidelined” by the White House, this SVR report further states, Obama officials ordered their forces to “terminate” both Kane and his son so the true facts of this assassination would never reach a court of law, and which occurred when Kane and his son were gunned down by an estimated 80 military, federal and local police personal [sic].”
I firmly believe that most likely these men were innocent Americans who were set up to appear as something they are NOT – terrorists – while the Obama Administration refuses to deal with Real Terrorists. I have reliable first-hand sources that attest to the lawfulness and peaceful, patriotic nature of Jerry Kane’s teachings. He and his son were murdered Bonnie and Clyde Style, much the same way our own government murdered nearly 100 innocent men, women and children in 1993 in Waco, Texas. Do the research and discover the truth for yourself and who was behind it. Absolutely shocking!!
“I first met Joe Kane when he was 14. He was a sweet, loving young man with a charming demeanor and a warm smile. Joe had a brilliant mind and quick wit, like his Father. Joe was also blessed with healing hands and he was always willing to help those in need whenever asked. Not into gangs, rap music, or drugs, he was a well rounded, wholesome young man with a healthy outlook and a golden future. Jerry and Joe were cleancut and admired by everyone that made their aquaintance, not only for their knowledge and understanding of the foreclosure scam, but for their moral ethics and integrity.
Together they educated the people about the Mortgage Fraud and how to fight to keep their homes.
Joe adored his father and was always at his side. This was a terrible tragedy for all involved in what occurred on [Highway] I-40 and I hope and pray that the truth about what really happened will be revealed.”

The “assassination order” article continues:
“To the treasonous crime Kane and his son were assassinated for, a[n] insurance analyst, who had previously testified before the US Congress, named JJ MacNab, said she had been tracking him for 2 years and claimed Kane’s seminar business was “centered on debt-avoidance scams”. An SVR analysis of Kane’s seminar though (posted in 7 parts on YouTube) states that far from being a “scam” it appears to offer a legitimate course of action, that if taken by Americans would indeed free them from the stranglehold put upon them by their banking system. [bolding mine]
Also interesting to note in the SVR report is that earlier in the week another American anti-tax dissident group….located in Williamsport, Pennsylvania was assaulted by United Nations troops (UN) allowed to operate in the United States by Obama and destroyed the entire facility with an explosion so loud it was heard throughout the region.
Though not reported by the mainstream propaganda US media, the existence of this UN assault convoy roaming rural Pennsylvania this past week was…reported by InfoWars.com:
“At approximately 0715 a convoy of 25-30 camouflaged military, Humvees and armored vehicles with UN markings was observed traveling westbound between State College, PA and Milroy, PA on US Route 322.
At approximately 0900 the same member encountered another convoy of UNMARKED military vehicles, refueling at Tom’s Travel Center on US Route 322 at Milroy, PA. The member tried to engage the troops, but was ignored. They were in uniforms without insignia, but the covers did have ranks, from colonel to private. Convoy was a similar size, with Humvees and personnel carriers.”
To all of these latest events occurring in the United States the most surprising thing about them are that so many Americans are still unaware of what is happening to them, or why. But to the future they are entering into it can be best summed up by the quote of the great English writer George Orwell who warned them all many years ago….“If you want a vision of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face – forever.”
Unfortunately for the Americans who now have a government ordering the assassination of all who oppose them, that future is now.”
Propaganda? Maybe. Maybe not.
Wake Up America. Educate yourselves. No one else is going to do it for you. Wake Up and Stand Up. Stand Up and Do Something! Learn! Study real history. Write a letter, call or email a representative or senator, join a group, attend a tea party, read a book, write a book, do something. Reach out to sleeping Americans, your friends and family. Do something NOW!! And most important and before all else, PRAY!!! Turn to Almighty God and Pray for our country and for our fellow man. He will intervene on behalf of the American people now just like he did at the Revolution.
In 1778 Chauncey Whittelsay of New Haven, Connecticut wrote the following:
“In the rise and in the whole progress of the unnatural controversy between Great Britain and the now United Independent American States, the hand of God has been, I must think, very conspicuous. When we consider the remarkable union of thirteen disconnected, and many of them distant provinces, and the spirit, which burst forth like a flame nearly at the same time in all parts of the land; when we consider the weak, defenseless, and unprepared state of the country when hostilities were commenced, and in what an unexpected manner, and how quick a supply of military stores was obtained; when we consider the mighty force that has come against us, both by sea and land, and the success that has attended our young troops and even our militia in many warm encounters with European regular forces; when we consider the little, the very little progress that our enemy has made toward accomplishing their injurious design in three successive campaigns, who can refrain his astonishment, and adoration of the supream [sic] invisible hand that rules the world.” [bolding mine]
And Benjamin Franklin on June 28, 1787 stated in his Motion for Prayers in the Constitutional Convention:
“All of us who were engaged in the struggle must have observed frequent instances of superintending providence in our favor. To that kind providence we owe this happy opportunity of consulting in peace on the means of establishing our future national felicity. And have we now forgotten that powerful friend? Or do we imagine that we no longer need his assistance? I have lived, Sir, a long time, and the longer I live, the more convincing proofs I see of this truth – that God governs in the affairs of men. And if a sparrow cannot fall to the Ground without his Notice, is it probable that an Empire can rise [or continue to stand – author’s addition] without his Aid?“ [bolding mine]
Thanks to God and Americans past and present, we still have the peaceful means to make changes NOW. We must Remove, Repeal, Restore and Revitalize. Short of this, we will be forced to Revolution to reinstate our Constitutional government and republican ideals. So let’s do the peaceful but powerful thing…PRAY…and…
- REMOVE INCUMBENTS who do not listen to the People or represent their best interests and replace them with people of values, integrity and honesty. Some good ones may be voted out and some bad ones voted in, but the power structure’s grip must be broken.
- REPEAL not just the Death-Care legislation, and yet-to-be-passed bills that are on the Obama agenda, but EVERY unconstitutional amendment and bad piece of legislation at every level of government that has ever been passed even if it takes centuries to do it.
- RESTORE America to the freedom and liberty we enjoyed in times past under a limited and well-defined government. Restore America to a sound banking system. Restore her to decency, honesty and respect.
- REVITALIZE our Country and our People by sharing your knowledge, talents, and brotherly love with your fellow Americans.
The Tea Party movement is a grass-roots American uprising that embodies the true Independent Spirit, values and passions of our people. It is NOT a political party, but real people who have the God-given right to life, liberty and property and KNOW IT!!
A growing number of Americans know the truth about the Massive Deception of our corrupt and unconstitutional banking system that was designed to steal the wealth of good Americans, bankrupt the country and make slaves of us all. We must say NO to the fraud and ACTIVELY stop illegal and unlawful confiscation of private property.
This is why Jerry Kane and his son died and why the Obama thugs are moving forward with their communist takeover plans – to deprive YOU of life, liberty and property. Americans cannot keep what they have and it be redistributed to others at the same time. You cannot have control over your own life if the government has complete control over you. And this is NOT the America we all know and love where the government can go out and shoot whomever they please, including CHILDREN, with no trial, no facts, just Raw Power and Suspicion.
So my rallying cry to you, America, is WAKE UP! to the danger we find ourselves in with Communists in the White House and a Politburo in our Senate. Wake up, PUT ALL POLITICAL LABELS ASIDE and join your fellow Americans in love and brotherhood, to stand shoulder to shoulder in solidarity, to claim our Power for now and all time.
